Our project describes a tracking application, called SMARTTRACK. This application enables users to trace down their lost mobile phone on their own without the help from any other person or agency. SMARTTRACK is equipped with several features for tracking, such as, track and notify about the location of cell phone, provide the call registry of the incoming and outgoing calls to the cell phone, also switch on camera automatically to click pictures and mail them back. All these operations are coordinated through SMS sent in a prescribed format, which is detected and executed by our application, which sends back notifications based on the function performed.
