The working of the application is described as follows:

1. First we need to install the *.apk file [i.e. android installation system file] of the application SMARTTRACK on android mobile. 

2. Restart the cell phone, after which the application starts running in the background always.

3. Application checks if SIM is flipped, if so send SMS, constituting the IMEI and IMSI numbers to the alternate numbers which are already hardcoded in the application, based on which the new SIM details are obtained.

4. Waiting for the SMS from the cell phone, if SMS is received and

• if SMS is” TRACK-InOut-phno” : Monitor incoming and outgoing calls and fetch the number and name and SMS back to the phone number as and when the call is made or received. Delete the SMS automatically.

• if SMS is ”TRACK-single-phno”: Fetch the location of the android mobile phone with the help of GPS/GPRS and SMS location to the phone number only once. Delete the SMS automatically.

• if SMS is”TRACK-contineous-phno”: Fetch the location of the mobile phone and SMS the location to the phone number as and when the location changes. Delete the SMS automatically.

• if SMS is” TRACK-stop-phno”: Stop sending the location of the android mobile phone as a SMS to the phone number. Delete the SMS automatically.

• if SMS is” TRACK-mail-phno”: Open the front camera (if not available, then the  back camera). Capture 3 continuous snaps and mail to the email id which is hardcoded in the application. Delete the SMS automatically.

• if SMS is ”TRACK-profile@silent-phno”: Change the android mobile phone profile to silent mode and acknowledge the same to the cell phone as an SMS. Delete the SMS automatically.

• if SMS is ”TRACK-profile@RingAndVibphno”: Change the android mobile phone profile to ringing mode and acknowledge the same to the cell phone .Delete the SMS automatically.
